Rentals for 2010
Villa Olous is available from 26 June to 28 August at a rent of Euro 25,000 per week, or Euro 27,000 if the cottage is included. The cottage is never rented separately. Air-conditioning and, if requested, pool heating are included.
Rentals are normally on a Saturday to Saturday basis with arrivals after 5:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am to allow a thorough cleaning.
A deposit of 30% will secure a booking, with the balance payable at least one month before the start of the rental period. There is a security deposit of 30%.
